Led for 8 year a high performance sales team responsible for corporate accounts, retail channel, distribution channels, partnerships development. As sales director, I have successfully implemented CRM system and methodology for lead generation and pipeline management.

In the past 3 years - developed hands-on experience on Turnaround management through renewal processes and planning to save troubled companies reestablish solvency and avoid bankruptcy filling. 

Over the past 7 years - exercised an entrepreneurial and multidisciplinary skills and also the ability to constructively communicate, lead, facilitate and coach senior Cx-level management including CEO, president and board of advisors and investors.
